Position: Regional Manager

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the NBFC sector with solid expertise in Gold Loan operation
Salary : Upto 12 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee operations of 23 branches across Karnataka.
Drive regional business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase gold loan portfolio.
Monitor branch-wise performance and ensure target achievement.
Lead, mentor, and manage branch managers and regional teams.
Ensure effective customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor gold loan disbursement, renewal, and closure activities.
Oversee collections and recovery performance across branches.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
Conduct regular branch visits and operational reviews.
