Looking for BDMs with experience in any BTL Marketing Agency in the Business Development department specifically. PFB the KRA:
To have minimum 6 Key clients of their own.
Fixing senior management meetings with potential client.
Developing a team and training.
Ideation, conceptualization on all briefs.
Sourcing talent from the industry.
Assisting the team below on all aspects of work.
Mapping of client. Understanding the structure of the client side and having a structure of the entire business units with the client.
To ensure monthly team target is achieved.
Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Wings Credentials.
Have positive Presentation skills and knowledge on costing.
To be capable to make a presentation and costs by themselves.




Sending out the service report on the same day as the meeting.
Preparing Costing, Budget sheets, closure reports.
Understanding to give the creative brief to the designer.
Ensuring the client gets the event pictures and videos with the event sticker on it within 48hours of the event.
Sending out the feedback form and ensuring it’s signed, scanned and sent to the entire team.
Weekly reports to be sent to senior manager.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
