Role Summary:
Responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender proposals for Mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Utility Piping) in industrial & MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Study RFQs, drawings, and specifications
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
Vendor coordination & quotation analysis
Prepare techno-commercial proposals & tender submissions
Support design & project teams with costing inputs
Requirements:
B.E./Diploma in Mechanical
0–5 years in estimation/tendering (MEP/EPC)
Robust in AutoCAD & Excel
