The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve challenges.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
Valuable To Have Skills: C# Programming Language, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Generative AI.
Solid knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
