Tender Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from identification and qualification to submission and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
Identify and monitor relevant tender prospects from various sources.
Analyze tender documents to understand requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and documentation.
Prepare and compile comprehensive tender proposals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all requirements.
Manage tender submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, including outcomes and feedback.
Liaise with clients and potential partners during the tender process.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities related to tendering.




Assist in post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Tender Executive, Bid Coordinator, or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of tender processes and procurement procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to read and interpret complex documents.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Experience in [mention specific industry if applicable, e.g., construction, IT, manufacturing] is a plus.
