We are hiring for Project Manager(PMC) (Only from Commercial Corporate Interior- Fitout Background) -

(Commercial Offices Interior-Fitout Site Management End to End Experience is a must)

Key Responsibilities:
Drive full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects (planning, execution, handover).
Plan, budget, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Oversee procurement, review materials and shop drawings.
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality during execution.
Track costs, approve invoices/change orders, and manage financial risks.
Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and handle documentation.
Lead risk assessment, mitigation, and problem resolution.
Manage project closure: warranty, documentation handover, client sign-off.
