Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Create, plan, and publish high-quality content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos across social media platforms.
Write engaging captions, social media copy, and content that reflects the company's brand voice.
Research and use relevant keywords, hashtags, and SEO best practices to improve content visibility and discoverability.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Manage and grow the company's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Increase followers, subscribers, likes, shares, comments, and overall audience engagement through organic and paid strategies.
Plan and execute campaigns to improve YouTube subscribers, video views, watch time, and channel performance.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify current growth opportunities.
Coordinate with video editor to produce engaging visual content.




Schedule and publish content consistently using social media management tools.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries to build and maintain an active online community.
Monitor social media analytics, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to drive engagement, website traffic, and qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and design teams to support promotional campaigns and business goals.
Ensure all content is accurate, visually appealing, and consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
Continuously identify creative content ideas and growth strategies to improve social media performance and audience retention.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
