Job Title: US IT Recruiter (6–8 Years Experience)

Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, C2C, W2, and full time US IT positions.

Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and internal ATS.

Screen candidates for technical skills, visa status (H1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD), communication, and availability.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates/salaries, extend offers, and manage onboarding.

Build talent pipelines and maintain robust client/candidate relationships.

Meet hiring KPIs such as submissions, interviews, placements, and turnaround time.

Required Skills:

Robust experience recruiting Java, .NET, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, QA, ERP, and Cybersecurity professionals.

Expertise with Boolean search, ATS/CRM, and US staffing processes.

Knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and rate negotiation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
