Responsibilities-
Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Managing employee perks and compensation packages
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Managing employee separation processes has context menu
Promote work-life balance, employee well-being, and a positive workplace culture for a healthy atmosphere.
Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview
Skills-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
Robust negotiation skills.
Ability to create and maintain relationships with potential future candidates.
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Demonstrate proficiency in managing and maintaining databases.
Knowledge of basic MS Excel, MS word or PowerPoint.
