Job Summary

UNext is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to drive customer acquisition and achieve revenue growth. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs to help them achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Manage the student admission process and achieve set targets.
Understand student needs and requirements to effectively recommend suitable programs.
Close sales and meet quarterly quotas.
Provide guidance and interact with students and parents.
Support students one-on-one in course selection, application process, and meeting deadlines.
Assist students in obtaining necessary documentation for the application process.
Provide information to students and parents regarding admission requirements, processes, and other procedures.




Coordinate the systematic and effective handling of applications and communications with student applicants and their parents.

Qualifications
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Proven ability to convert leads into sales.
Experience working with CRM software.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Education).
Attributes:
Ability to empathize with students and parents to build relationships.
Robust inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
