Conduct rigorous technical and functional comparison between:

Assess fit for PRA’s specific:
Unstructured data security
Metadata management
Data Quality (DQ)
Lineage
Discovery needs
Architectural Integration:
Design governance integration across:
S3 (Structured and Unstructured data for PII handling)
dbt
Warehouse in Snowflake
Sandbox definitions in Snowflake
Semantic Layer (e.g., SSAS Cubes or AtScale)
AI/ML Lifecycle including:
Feature stores
Model lineage
RAG lineage for future Agentic AI use cases
Financial & Strategic Roadmap:
Develop execution roadmap including:
Phased rollout plan
Resource requirements
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
Required Experience:
12+ years in Data Management
5+ years leading Enterprise Data Governance programs
Tool Expertise:
Hands-on experience with up-to-date metadata platforms
Must be able to articulate trade-offs between:
Alation (Enterprise / Market Leader)
