Job Description:
Catering to the financial needs of the Stock and Commodity Brokers, NBFCs, Mutual funds and other Real Estate and Advisory companies.
Completing loan applications, including credit analyses and summaries of loan requests, and submit to loan committees for approval in minimum TAT.
Preparation of Credit Memo basis assessment of various financial statements, background check of Borrower risk based on information from Exchange sites, MCA, Regulators sites; determine internal ratings for Bank using RAM designed by CRISIL. Discussions with the management teams of companies to understand their strategy and business model.
Examining external ratings and reports provided by rating agencies like CRISIL, ICRA related to companies and industry for wide based and informed view.
Providing on-going Monitoring & Surveillance of assigned portfolio, including rating changes, financial development, and news events.
Confer with credit association (CIBIL) and other business representatives to exchange credit information.
Strict compliance with RBI exposure norms and guidelines.
Preparing complete term sheet and co coordinating with post sanction departments for timely disbursements.
