Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and sales data in the DMS.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Prepare sales, booking, retail, and delivery dashboards.
Monitor enquiry conversion, test drives, bookings, cancellations, and retail performance.
Track vehicle inventory, ageing, and stock movement.
Validate data before management reporting.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Stock teams for accurate information.
Ensure timely closure of pending records in the DMS.
Support management with analytical reports for decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and security of business data. These responsibilities are consistent with common MIS/DMS roles in automobile dealerships, where timely DMS updates, reporting, and data accuracy are core expectations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
