Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework.
Teach core subjects while fostering conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and student agency.
Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom workplace.
Assess, monitor, and document student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies.
Collaborate with specialist teachers and PYP coordinators to support transdisciplinary learning.
Build solid relationships with students and parents through regular communication and student-led conferences.
Participate actively in curriculum planning, school events, career development, and IB initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject with B.Ed.
Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably as a PYP Homeroom Teacher.
IB PYP experience or certification is preferred.
Excellent communication, classroom management, collaboration, and technology integration skills.
