Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally.
Record and manage all stock entries in the inventory system.
Handle inbound and outbound stock entries.
Verify stock receipts and dispatches with supporting documents.
Maintain stock registers and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries.
Process vendor and customer payments and maintain ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare GST-related data and assist with statutory compliance.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and stock reports.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting and inventory records
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
