Responsibilities

Desired Profile

Software Development

Design, implement, test, and deploy enterprise-grade LMS, performance management, and gamified learning software.

Technology Stack

PHP (deep knowledge including sessions), MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AngularJS, Ajax, RESTful APIs.

Frameworks & Tools

Work with MVC frameworks (Yii preferred, Laravel/Symfony acceptable), Git/Mercurial, and Agile methodologies.

Performance & Optimization





Profile and optimize slow queries; ensure high performance and scalability of systems.

Testing & Quality

Write well-tested code using Behat, Codeception, PHPUnit; ensure code quality and maintainability.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in programming contests, and share results when applicable.

Full-Stack Flexibility

Comfortable switching between backend and frontend tasks.

Independent Worker

Ability to work with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.

Solid Communication

Explicit communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Organized & Multi-tasking

Highly organized, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
