We are looking for a passionate and analytical Performance Marketer who can create, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements




1–2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Good understanding of Pixel implementation, Conversion API, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
Experience in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience with eCommerce and Lead Generation campaigns.
Knowledge of Shopify is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
