About the Role
Gunadhya Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build their career in Human Resources and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Assist with HR documentation and daily HR operations.
Business Development
Identify and research potential clients.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email,
and other online platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
Maintain CRM records and update lead status.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and company profiles.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication is an advantage.
Solid learning attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Qualification
MBA (HR/Marketing), BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, or any graduate.
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply.)
