Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily sales of the team.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
Motivate, guide, and support team members for maximum productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
Train recent employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Maintain positive team morale and work environment.

Pay: ₹20,472.82 - ₹45,173.84 per month
