We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (MEP) to supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at construction projects across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP works and be capable of managing site execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise electrical installation works for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
Monitor installation of cable trays, conduits, wiring, panels, lighting, earthing, and associated electrical systems.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Coordinate material planning and monitor site inventory.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
Enforce all safety regulations and company policies at the project site.

Required Qualifications




Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in MEP electrical works.
Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
Ability to read electrical drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Good communication and team management skills.
Willingness to travel and work on project sites across India.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning.
Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety standards.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under project deadlines.
