We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-centric Front Office/Billing Executive from Tirur to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience while handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. We prefer local candidate based in Tirur to apply for the position.

Responsibilities:
Meet and greet patients arriving at the clinic, both walk-in and scheduled.
Receive reservation inquiries and manage appointments effectively.
Respond to phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries about our services.
Handle OPD and pharmacy billing using Sampada’s billing software.
Ensure quick and accurate calculations for each transaction.




Tally end-of-day transactions and match them with software reports.
Manage cash, UPI, and card payments efficiently.
Maintain a welcoming and supportive workplace for patients throughout their visit.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1 year experience in a office setting, preferably in Medical field
Positive communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
