We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to strengthen our brand presence, build long-term school relationships, and generate high-quality leads across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and learning centers within assigned regions.
Conduct regular field visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with school management and key stakeholders.
Organize school presentations, awareness sessions, workshops, and promotional activities.
Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Execute field marketing campaigns to enhance Eduport's brand visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, events, and promotional initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of school visits, lead status,



and engagement activities using CRM or reporting tools.
Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback from schools to support marketing strategies.
Represent Eduport professionally during events, exhibitions, and other public engagements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, business development, or educational outreach. Freshers with solid communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.20 per month
