Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Explain the company's services, address customer queries and convert leads into appointments or business prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Demonstrate excellent English communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills while interacting with customers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
