Job Description
Represent Compny and explain advantages of their services especially MEP Design to prospective clients, architects, developers, corporates, PMCs, etc.
Assess client requirement and identify appropriate technical solutions and service.
Develop and execute strategies to build long-term relationship with the clientele.
Travel across the region for business & project management.
Coordinate projects with clients and internal design team for meeting the deliverables within specify timelines.
Technical presentation to clients, technical site visit to various projects. Explain drawings and documents as furnished by the deign team to architect/ developer / clients.
Techno commercial negotiation with clients to book orders and at various stages of deliverables as required.
Use appropriate judgement to optimally leverage resources to address issues or prospects.
To ensure customer satisfaction thereby generating repeat business.
