Undertake relationship management with channel partners
Establish and maintain solid relationships with channel partners.
Provide regular training and support to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
Monitor partner performance, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Setup Business tracking process with channel partners
Create and share regular MIS tracking updates
Tracking partner wise lead flows on daily basis
Manage Call centre funnel for channel partners
Manage Call centre team to ensure inbound / outbound calls are being handled with maximum efficiency
Resolve customer queries and concerns on timely basis
Collaborate with internal teams and build on product knowledge
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Should have some knowledge of Policy and product to manage the role
Undertake Cross selling
Identify prospects for cross-selling additional VAS and insurance products and services to Udyog Plus customers.
Implement cross-selling strategies and campaigns to increase customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
