Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and electrical systems
Familiarity with BIM workflows (preferred)
Robust problem-solving and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
Prepare MEP design drawings and layouts
Perform HVAC load calculations, electrical load analysis, and plumbing design
Coordinate with architects and project teams
Ensure compliance with NBC, ASHRAE, and industry standards
Support project execution with technical inputs
