Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE laws.
Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontract agreements with appropriate back-to-back clauses.
Monitor contract compliance across all project phases and highlight potential issues or disputes.
Draft and issue contract-related correspondence, notices, and claims, including Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
Collaborate with the legal and project management teams to resolve contractual matters efficiently.
Ensure subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations, project milestones, and deliverables.
Provide contractual guidance to project teams to promote compliance and awareness.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract administration or contract engineering within the construction industry,
preferably in the UAE/GCC.
Experience in utility contracts, steel erection, or facility management projects is an added advantage.
Solid understanding of UAE construction laws, FIDIC conditions, and international contracting standards.
Solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify contractual and commercial risks.
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Fluency in English with solid contractual letter drafting and reporting abilities.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
