Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Lead sales conversions and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Manage and mentor the sales and technical team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Build and maintain robust relationships with builders, contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and individual home builders.
Conduct client meetings, site visits,



and product presentations to drive business growth.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value deals.
Monitor sales performance, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, and provide regular forecasts and reports.
Represent the company professionally and strengthen its market presence.

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of total sales experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
Industry Background: Construction, Building Materials, Real Estate, or related sectors.
Experience managing a team of 5 or more members.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Education
Any Graduate.
MBA/BBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements
Own vehicle is mandatory.
Valid bike/car driving licence is required for site visits and client meetings.
Laptop preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
