Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with system software and basic computer operations

Your Role:
Handle customer queries and issues via phone, and system software
Punch in calls, manage operational duties, and ensure timely resolution
Provide empathetic and technical support to customers
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
