Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
Install and manage Windows OS, Tally,MS Office, antivirus, and other business applications.
Configure email accounts, user systems, and network access.
Monitor and maintain CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT infrastructure.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement of IT equipment.
Ensure timely software updates, patches, and preventive maintenance.
Support ERP/CRM systems and basic server/network administration as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
