We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Executive to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the hotel or hospitality industry and possess robust skills in creating engaging social media content, digital marketing, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of hotel facilities, food & beverages, events, and guest experiences.
Edit videos and images using skilled editing tools.
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns.
Create reels, short-form videos, and promotional content to increase engagement.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Coordinate with hotel operations to promote offers, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing techniques.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing within the hotel/hospitality industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is an added advantage.
Robust photography and videography skills.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
