Job Summary

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
Ensure project execution aligns with architectural drawings and specifications
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients
Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules
Manage site workforce, including labor and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
Resolve on-site issues and technical challenges promptly
Track material usage and coordinate procurement when required




Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, site logs, etc.)

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3–5 years of experience in construction/site management (architecture/interiors preferred)
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
Positive leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
