Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular physical stock audits across warehouse hubs and ensure inventory accuracy.
Perform cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies, damages, expiry losses, pilferage, and shrinkage issues.
Analyze inventory variance and coordinate with warehouse, operations, and finance teams for corrective actions.
Manage stock adjustments in WMS systems with proper approvals and documentation.
Monitor the documentation and registers for inventory movement, inward/outward processes, returns and expiry management.
Prepare audit reports, variance reports and actionable improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with pharma warehouse processes, SOPs and quality standards.
Support implementation of 5S methodology across warehouse operations:
Participate in Six Sigma-driven process improvement projects to reduce errors, improve productivity and minimize inventory losses.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring inventory issues and implement preventive actions.
Travel across assigned warehouse hubs/cities for audits and process reviews.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in stock audits/inventory control.
Educational Qualification
Graduate degree preferred (B.Com/BBA/Operations/Supply Chain or related field).
Certification in Lean Six Sigma / Inventory Management is an added advantage.

Inventory accuracy percentage

Experience
2+ years in Pharma E-commerce Warehouse Stock Audits / Inventory Control.
Experience working in pharma warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment centers, or distribution centers.
Hands-on experience in:
Stock auditing
Inventory reconciliation
Stock adjustments
Shrinkage analysis and control
Cycle counting
Variance investigation
Knowledge of warehouse operations, WMS systems, and inventory processes.
Exposure to 5S implementation and Six Sigma practices preferred.
Solid analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
