Job Responsibilities Provide administrative and executive support to the Director to ensure smooth office operations. Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. Maintain databases, prepare MIS reports, analyze data, and create presentations. Handle professional email correspondence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee day-to-day administrative activities related to Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments. Assist with recruitment activities, employee documentation, onboarding, and HR administration. Address employee queries and grievances while supporting HR policies and procedures. Maintain records, files,
and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements Graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust command of Microsoft Excel. Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to report directly to the Director.
Local candidates from Ropar are preferred. Immediate joiners will be be preferred.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
