Vestiary is looking for an experienced and motivated Apparel Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our store at Vista Square Mall, Sector 83, Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations efficiently.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.
Maintain visual merchandising standards.
Handle billing, POS operations, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Prepare staff rosters and monitor employee performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
2–5 years of experience in apparel retail.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor.
Skills:
Solid leadership and communication skills.

Inventory management.
MS Excel and POS system knowledge.
