Roles & Responsibilities:

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business disruption.
Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with business process workflows related to warehouse management.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
