Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Experience in the FMCG or Food industry is preferred.

Key Skills
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
Campaign planning, execution, and optimization
Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation
Budget planning and campaign performance analysis
Meta Pixel setup and conversion tracking
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
Understanding of social media marketing strategies
Robust analytical and reporting skills
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions.




Conduct audience research and implement effective targeting strategies.
Create A/B tests for creatives, ad copies, and campaign objectives.
Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and marketing content.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and online campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.
Experience in FMCG or Food Industry digital marketing is preferred.
