What You’ll Do (100% Execution)
Own Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and outbound
Build strong pipelines for GTM, Tech, and Founders’ Office roles
Go beyond job posts — hunt for talent
Drive Interview Coordination
Schedule and manage interviews across teams
Ensure zero delays and tight turnaround times
Keep candidates warm and engaged
Screen for Quality
Conduct initial screenings
Evaluate basics: intent, communication, role fit
Filter signal from noise quick
Candidate Experience
Act as the first face of Revspot
Communicate clearly, fast, and professionally
Maintain a strong follow-up rhythm
Hiring Operations
Maintain trackers (pipeline, status, feedback)




Support offer rollout and documentation
Keep hiring data clean and updated

Details
Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Work Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 (performance-based)
