The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing and business development team by assisting with digital marketing, client communication, lead generation, content creation, proposal coordination, and administrative marketing activities. The role ensures smooth execution of marketing campaigns while helping generate current business opportunities and maintaining the company's brand image.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Coordinate website updates and blog posts.
Monitor online inquiries and respond or assign them appropriately.
Assist with email marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation
Research potential clients, architects, developers, consultants, and contractors.
Build and maintain the client database (CRM).
Support cold calling and follow-up activities.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Track leads from inquiry to project award.

Marketing Coordination
Prepare company presentations and brochures.
Coordinate proposal submissions and marketing materials.
Assist in organizing exhibitions, seminars, and client events.
Maintain marketing documents and company profiles.

Content & Branding
Create social media posts and captions.




Coordinate photography and project documentation.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Assist in preparing case studies and project success stories.

Market Research
Research competitors and industry trends.
Identify recent business opportunities.
Prepare market analysis reports.
Update target client lists regularly.

Administrative Support
Maintain marketing records and databases.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
Track marketing expenses and campaign performance.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome.

Required Skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
