Job Description: Site Engineer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage in office construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
In office Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations and construction activities.
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
Serve as the point of contact for any on-site issues and communicate updates to the project manager.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance to the workforce and resolve technical issues promptly.
Interpret construction drawings and designs to the on-site team.
Progress Monitoring:
Track project progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
Resource Management:




Ensure optimal utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor inventory and coordinate material procurement as needed.
Health and Safety:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Address and resolve any safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,496.29 - ₹25,000.00 per month
