About Mentry

Mentry provides technical training solutions to colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations. We are currently hiring Java & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainers for upcoming classroom and online training programs in Chennai.

Responsibilities

- Deliver technical training sessions to students and professionals.
- Conduct classroom or online training as assigned.
- Prepare presentations, coding exercises, and practical demonstrations.
- Help participants understand concepts through hands-on examples.
- Coordinate with the Mentry team regarding training schedules and assignments.
- Maintain professional communication and punctuality.

Requirements

- Robust hands-on expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms, including Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, Heaps, Recursion, Searching, and Sorting Algorithms.
- Experience in teaching Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and File Handling.




- Good understanding of time and space complexity, algorithm optimization, and coding interview concepts.
- Knowledge of SQL/MySQL and basic database operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git & GitHub, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, and online coding platforms.
- Ability to conduct practical, coding-based sessions with real-world examples and problem-solving exercises.
- Previous training or teaching experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare training materials, coding exercises, assessments, and assignments.

Job Details

- Job Type: Freelance
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Experience : 2 - 4 Years
- Work Mode: Online or Offline (based on assignment)
- Pay: ₹1,000–₹2,500 per day, depending on the technology, duration, and experience.
