We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional to manage our Sales Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with customers and prepare Proforma Invoices (PI).
- Follow up with customers to confirm orders and payments.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the Purchase team about out-of-stock items.
- Coordinate with the Production team to ensure products are manufactured and available on time.
- Maintain smooth coordination between the Sales, Production, Purchase, and Packing teams.
- Must have good knowledge of Zoho ERP and Zoho Books.
