Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven DGM – Sales who can lead revenue growth across rooms, banquets, F&B;, and events. The candidate must have strong local market knowledge and the ability to scale business aggressively in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive overall revenue from Rooms, Banquet, Events & F&B;
- Build strong tie-ups with corporate offices, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers
- Generate business from local markets: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Puri, Khordha
- Lead MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and wedding segment sales
- Develop OTA strategy (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com) to improve occupancy
- Create and execute monthly sales targets, pricing strategy & promotions
- Manage and train the sales team for high performance
- Collaborate with digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and VIP guests

KPIs (Performance Targets):





- Monthly Revenue Target: ₹40–₹60 Lakhs (combined streams)
- Occupancy Rate Target: 65% – 80%
- Banquet/Event Closures: 12–20 events per month
- Corporate Tie-ups: 8–12 new accounts per month
- Lead Conversion Rate: Minimum 20%
- RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) growth month-on-month
- OTA Rating Improvement & Review Management

Requirements:

- 8–12 years experience in Hotel Sales / Hospitality Industry
- Minimum 3–5 years in leadership role (Sales Head / ASM / GM Sales)
- Strong network in Bhubaneswar corporate & wedding market
- Experience in Banquet sales, room sales, and event business
- Proven track record of achieving ₹50L+ monthly revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills
