Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and supply of materials required for project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiations, purchase order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers for construction and interior materials.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for timely material deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to avoid project delays.
- Verify invoices, bills, delivery challans, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Evaluate vendor performance and establish long-term supplier relationships.
- Assist in cost control and budget management for procurement activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, interiors, or engineering projects.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Tally, or ERP software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
- Knowledge of procurement documentation and inventory management processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in construction or interior fit-out projects.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Local candidates from Chennai preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
