- Monitor and patrol the building premises to ensure safety and security.
- Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
- Verify identification and maintain visitor records.
- Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance systems.
- Conduct regular security checks of common areas, parking areas, and restricted zones.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
- Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including fire and evacuation protocols.
- Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and shift handover records.
- Provide professional assistance and directions to employees and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, malls, or residential complexes.
- Valid security training/certification (if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid procedures.
