- Manage customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred for managerial roles).
- Salary range will be 15k to 18k.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
