JOB DESCRIPTION – THERAPY LEAD

Reporting To: Centre Head Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the therapy department to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Plan, allocate and optimize therapist schedules to maximize productivity and resource utilization.

· Ensure delivery of high-quality therapy services in line with established clinical protocols, SOPs and quality standards.

· Monitor patient progress and promote continuity of care by driving therapy renewals and adherence to treatment plans.

· Identify opportunities to enhance patient care through appropriate cross-referral and cross-selling of therapy services.

· Ensure timely, accurate and complete clinical documentation and maintain audit readiness at all times.

· Collaborate with medical, nursing and operations teams to deliver integrated patient care.

· Handle patient concerns and grievances promptly while ensuring a superior patient experience.

· Mentor, coach and develop therapists,



identify future leaders and build a solid talent pipeline within the department.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, competency assessments and ongoing learning and development initiatives.

· Monitor departmental performance, analyse trends and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accreditation standards and organizational policies.

· Drive a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

· Support Centre Head in achieving departmental goals related to quality, patient satisfaction and business performance.

Qualifications

MPT Neuro preferred.

Experience

- 4–10 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience in rehabilitation, hospital or home healthcare settings preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
