Key Responsibilities (Pointers):

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B on a monthly basis.
- Manage monthly TDS calculation, deduction, payment, and filing (Form 26Q).
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and invoice processing.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
- Assist in stock accounting and inventory reconciliation (pharma products).
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and handle basic tax-related matters.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for all financial transactions.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and TDS filing.




- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant (Pharma / Trading / Manufacturing preferred).
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax rules.
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
- Local candidates from Dahisar / Borivali / Mumbai preferred.

Salary range : Rs 15000 to Rs. 20000 per month in hand

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
