Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented F&B; Service Associate to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent guest service skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of hospitality while ensuring smooth restaurant and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, skilled service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them as per resort service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained before, during, and after service.
- Have thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverages to assist guests and recommend items.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.




- Promote and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards in compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Assist in banquet events, special functions, and outdoor catering operations as required.
- Follow all resort SOPs, safety procedures, and brand service standards.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service within a hotel, resort, or premium restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and food safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
