Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive with experience in the eCommerce industry to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and online sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email automation, customer segmentation, CRM platforms, and eCommerce marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns.
- uild and manage automated workflows such as: Welcome Series Abandoned Cart Recovery Browse Abandonment Post-Purchase Follow-ups Customer Win-Back Campaigns Product Recommendations Replenishment Reminders
- Segment customers based on purchase history, browsing behavior, engagement, and demographics.
- Create engaging email content and coordinate with design and content teams.
- Schedule campaigns around product launches, seasonal sales, and promotional events.
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines,



email creatives, CTAs, and send times.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversions.
- Ensure email deliverability and maintain subscriber list hygiene.
- Analyze customer behavior to improve retention and repeat purchases.
- Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and eCommerce teams to support business objectives.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in an eCommerce business.
- 2 years of experience in client handling
- Robust understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with email automation and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and personalization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking campaign performance.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
